Whistleblowing is the reporting by an individual who, in the performance of their work activities, becomes aware of an unlawful act, a risk, or a hazardous situation that could cause harm to the company they work for, as well as to customers, colleagues, suppliers, and any other category of subjects.Sguinzi Pietro S.p.A., being sensitive to ethical issues and the proper conduct of its business, has implemented an internal reporting system that guarantees confidentiality and maximum protection for whistleblowers, the persons involved, and employees.The system ensures compliance with national and EU regulatory provisions, as well as the internal principles and regulations adopted by the Company, and the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the Code of Conduct. Furthermore, it ensures a working environment that respects human dignity, environmental and social sustainability, and avoids any form of disparity and discrimination.
